Ok, so what will the trip cost me? Here is the breakdown:

- $2800 per person. Single participants will be paired in gender specific rooms.

1. -You can request your own room for additional $300.
   

2. -If you are coming as a married couple, each of you will save $50 off each person (so that together you can save $100 off).
   

3. -If you register by November 25 & save $100 off the registration cost!
   

What does the registration include?

The investment includes lodging at very nice bed & breakfast/hotels, all ground & water transportation, breakfast & dinner, extra-curricular activities, model photoshoot, guided tours, adventure of a lifetime, plus more!

What other costs do I need to factor in?

Attendees are responsible for airfare to and from Rome's Flumicino Leonardo da Vinci international airport (FCO). Depending on where you are flying from, in US, it should cost you anywhere between $500-$800 (don’t quote me on this :) ). We have designed the tour so that lunches will not be provided. We did this so that you can immediately immerse yourself in their culture and try some of local favorite foods on your own.

When traveling to Rome from US, you will need to leave the day before (on the 14th) to arrive at the Rome Flumicino (FCO) airport. Please arrive no later than 9:30am on February 15th. We will be leaving for this tour by 10am on that day. Our workshop will officially end when we arrive at the Rome (FCO) airport by 4pm on the 22nd. Please do not book a returning flight before 6pm as you will probably need good 2 hours to get to your flights on time. You might want to stay an extra day or two to explore Rome on your own. It is a beautiful city!

Please double check your schedule for any conflicts with this event before moving forward with this transaction. A 50% deposit is due to reserve your spot. This can be refunded up to 21 days after your registration ($100 cancellation fee is deducted). After 21 days it is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the start of the event. Payments can be made via credit card using PayPal. Save $50 by paying the full amount upon registration.
